Formula & worked example

Round-trip commission = commission per lot per side × lots × 2

An illustrative $3 per lot per side at 0.5 lot costs $1.50 to open and $1.50 to close: $3 total. For 20 identical complete trades, commission is $60. If a broker quotes $6 per lot round turn, enter $3 per side. This is not a verified Vantage commission rate.
